Inför Att samtala om hälsa

Hej på er!

Nästa moment på idrotten handlar om att kunna samtala och resonera om hälsa och hur olika aktiviteter påverkar din hälsa. Vi kommer prata om både fysisk, psykisk och social hälsa.

Uppgiften:

Inför samtalet vill jag att du ska fundera över vilka aktiviteter som påverkar din hälsa mest, antingen fysiskt, psykiskt, socialt eller alla tre. Jag vill att du tar med dig ett exempel på en aktivitet med positiv påverkan och ett exempel med negativt påverkan. 

9A och 9B kommer genomföra sina samtal under idrottslektionerna v. 13 och 14. 9C kommer genomföra sina samtal under idrottslektionerna v. 14 och ev. 16 (efter påsklovet).

Livräddningsexamination vecka 11 på idrotten

Hej på er!

Hoppas alla har haft ett härligt sportlov och är återhämtade efter Bjursåsresan.
Nästa vecka på idrottslektionerna (v. 11) ska vi tillbaka till simhallen och examinera livräddningen.

Examination livräddning

Kunskapskravet om livräddning är precis som med simningen, den bedöms inte i olika steg utan antingen klarar du den eller inte. Alla måste dock genomföra examinationen för att få ett godkänt betyg i idrott och hälsa, precis som med simningen.
