Hello 8b,

I hope you all have a really nice time during your internship and that you learn a lot!

Next week when you are back in school you will get feedback  on Fakebook from me. On Tuesday and Thursday you will have time to re-write your texts to improve them using my comments.

Also you will have to put your texts (and hopefully photos) into BookCreator and prepare the presentation of your Fakebook that you will do in small groups when we get back from the Easter Holiday. that is w.14.

During week 14 you will also do a discussion in groups about the book that we have read in English. You will get the questions from me the same week!

Hello,

Today you will read our book "Tomorrow when the war began" at home. You have to finish reading chapter 1-3 until Thursday and also answer the following questions connected to those chapters.

Chapter 1.

What do you think Ellie is going to write about?
What have you learnt about the environment and people in this book so far?


Chapter 2.

On page 18 the following sentence can be read: ”That’s what we thought”. What do you think it refers to?
Why do you think the route is called Satan’s Steps?
What is so special about the bridge you think?

Chapter 3.

What is your opinion of Kevin so far?
Draw a picture of the campsite. Either on paper on your iPad. Take a photo and add that to your document.
What is your opinion of Fi so far?
